Shenzhen, November 18, 2025 — Perched on the 57th floor of Renaissance Shenzhen Bay Hotel, the newly launched R Bar · Coffee House introduces an elevated “Morning C (Coffee)  Evening A (Alcohol)” lifestyle concept.

At the opening ceremony, our GM Perter Pan with his team poured hand-brewed coffee into a giant red cup—its rising steam symbolizing a new sanctuary in the clouds where guests can pause, admire panoramic views, and savor mindful moments.

Aligned with Marriott International’s Serve 360 sustainability ethos, the coffee house serves 100% organic Arabica beans—chemical-free, soil-friendly, and traceable to origin—while reimagining R Bar’s daytime identity without compromising its signature “Evenings at Renaissance” vibe.

Highlights included:

• An iconic giant red coffee cup, skyline floral wall, cloud-inspired staircase, and branded “R” photo spots

• A curated tasting menu featuring local twists like Black Sesame Latte, Yunnan Hand-Brew, Tiramisu Bites, and Lemongrass Guava Cake
• Interactive hand-brew workshops guiding guests through techniques like blooming and spiral pouring to explore floral Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and fruity Yunnan beans

A coffee-ground soap DIY station, transforming waste into fragrant, eco-conscious keepsakes

• Launching alongside is the Winter Seasonal Afternoon Tea, offering comforting flavors against sweeping Shenzhen Bay views—a moment of calm above the city rush.
• Coming this December, R Bar will debut its “Evening Class” series, blending cocktails with culture:
