Highlights: Wood-fired Beijing Duck - The Peking duck is roasted with wood from the jujube tree in a specially designed hanging clay furnace. This combination gives the duck a crispy skin and fills the plump juicy meat with a fruity yet smoky fragrance.

Chicken “Beggar Style” - Beggar’s chicken is a dish of chicken marinated and stuffed with more than ten ingredients. The chicken is wrapped in lotus leaves and roasted for three hours in a clay shell.
