American Apparel Store Now Open in King Glory Shenzhen

Just in time for last minute shopping the American Apparel clothing store is now open in the King Glory Plaza Shopping Mall Louhu. American Apparel sells quite simple unbranded clothing across from Starbucks. Unique in Shenzhen because its clothes are made in the USA and imported to China this should be something to check out. We don’t really have any pricing information yet.

King Glory Plaza is continually upgrading its retail. This comes on the heals of the opening of Zara.

We’ve recently opened our first store in August 2008 in the heart of the business district of Beijing in the China World Trade Center. Our second Beijing location is in Nali Mall alongside boutiques, galleries, and cafes in the Sanlitun bar street.

In the next few months American Apparel is slated to open stores in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Suzhou.

In a rare industry occurrence, we are bringing Made in the USA clothing to China and we are paying employees there gross wages that exceed the US minimum.
