Artisans Restaurant

Artisans is a newly open restaurant in Poly Cultural Center/Coastal City serving California-style gourmet pizza, salads, and small plates paired with a fine selection of international craft beer and wine. Opened in July 2016, the restaurant has been described by reviewers as one of a kind in Shenzhen: uniquely serving both traditional and fusion pizzas on a beautiful light, crispy, tasty, and airy california-style thin crust that is very difficult to find in China.

While offering a few traditional items, most salads and pizzas are created in the California tradition of using fresh, high quality ingredients and homemade sauces and dressings blended together with tastes from different cuisines to create a special food experience. In addition to a diverse set of pizzas and salads, diners can pair their meals with top craft beers from Spain, UK, and California or highly-rated, award-winning wine from around the world. Most wine is available by glass or bottle. And like the reasonably-priced pizzas and salads, all drinks are equally reasonably priced.
