There are many very good breweries in Shenzhen brewed by foreigners but this is the first time that a local Chinese is brewing beer in downtown. At E.T. Brewery, ingredients such as Chinese medicine, flowers, teas and local fruit are added to the base ingredients that make a great Ale thus creating a fusion drink that can be understood by the locals and experienced by foreigners. Also, at E.T. Brewery, it’s not just about creating beers and offering it on a menu. When a beer is created, Chinese is used to explain why it was brewed, how it was brewed and what is inside so that the local Chinese customers can get a clear understanding of the beer other than just drinking it.

E.T. Brewery has now created 12 drafts that are currently on tap and are looking to have up to 20 available in the near future. If you are looking for a new and fresh taste, you owe it to yourself to give them a try. Their purpose is to focus on creating amazing beers and hope to start a weekend brunch sometime in the near future.
