(CLOSED) K1 Speed: World-Class and Environmentally Friendly Go-Karting in Shekou

When it comes to fun things to do on the weekend, few things are more exhilarating than speeding around a track in a go-kart trying to beat your friends. With the opening of K1 Speed in PW Town, you can now get your fix of adrenaline rush here in Shekou.

Spread out over two floors of 32,000 square feet, go-karts zip around the road-course inspired track at speeds of up to 45 miles per hour. The venue is very cool with its modern décor and plenty of seating areas to sit back and enjoy the races.

What makes K1 Speed stand out from other venues is their emphasis on safety and being environmentally friendly. K1 Speed only use electric go-karts that have been imported from Italy, which emit zero emissions. Also, the track has been safety-proofed with impact-absorbing Protex safety barriers instead of the plastic or tire barriers seen at other courses.

Pricing begins at RMB168 for one race, with great savings with the more races you purchase. K1 Speed is available for private parties, be it team building, a birthday party, or a bachelor party. They organize four official racing events a year and racers are free to book their own private grand prix too.
