KK100 (KingKey 100)

The KK100 (KingKey 100), formerly known as the KingKey Financial Center, is the second tallest skyscraper in Shenzhen, the fifth tallest in Mainland China and the fourteenth tallest in the world. It took place of Diwang Commercial Center as the new Shenzhen landmark upon its completion.

Located in the ‘Financial District’ of Luohu, Shenzhen just one kilometer north of the China - Hong Kong Border, KK100 covers 74% of the city’s banking facilities, 80% of the insurance industry and 40% of the securities institutions.

This mixed-use/commercial building rises to 441.8 meters (1449.5 feet) with 100 floors. Sixty-eight of those floors, totaling 173,000 square meters (1,862,157 square feet), are used as Class A offices spacious enough for more than 30,000 people working at the same time. Twenty-two stories, around 35,000 square meters (376,737 square feet), house a six-star business hotel - The St. Regis Hotel. The top four floors are made of a sky garden and several restaurants with incredible view. Decanter, on the 100th floor, is a sky-high urban wine bar offering Shenzhen’s largest selection of wines and a private tasting room for small gatherings. The penthouse level houses Malt and Library, a unique whisky and cigar bar featuring an extensive menu of single malts served with exquisite Cubans and never-ending views. Adjacent to KK100 is the KK Mall, a luxury brand shopping center with restaurants and a supermarket. KK Mall also hosts Shenzhen’s first IMAX cinema - UA KK Mall IMAX Theater.

The curved shape of the building is a symbolic spring of wealth and prosperity it’s going to bring to Shenzhen. It’s well worth a visit and you will spot it right away!
