Our Programs
Every week, the Little Dragons come together for 1.5 hours of pure fun, energy, and purposeful training. Sessions feature structured, age-appropriate drills that build fitness, rugby-specific skills, and overall confidence. All coaching is delivered primarily in English, with separate groups for Juniors (5–8 years) and Seniors (9–15 years). Chinese-speaking coaches are also on hand to provide smooth translation whenever needed.

The club follows a thoughtful age-grade pathway, starting the youngest players with modified, non-contact Touch Rugby and gradually introducing the full-contact elements of the sport as they grow into the 9–15years age group. Through Little Dragons Rugby, children develop essential life skills including teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and the joy of cross-cultural communication.
The club also participates in occasional local and overseas tours, tournaments, and festivals. These exciting opportunities let players experience the thrill of competitive touch and rugby while creating lasting memories with teammates.
