One-MICHELIN-starred Tosca di Angelo at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong presents an exclusive four-hands dining experience. For a limited time, Chef Angelo Aglianó of Tosca di Angelo welcomes Chef Giuseppe Lannotti, the visionary two-MICHELIN-starred chef behind Krèsios in Italy, for an unforgettable gastronomic exchange in Hong Kong.


Rooted in a shared Mediterranean heritage yet shaped by individual artistic expression, the collaboration celebrates the spirit, culture and flavours of Italy through a contemporary lens. Together, the two chefs will present a refined multi-course dining experience where progressive creativity harmonises with timeless Italian tradition, showcasing their mutual respect for craftsmanship, seasonality and bold innovation.


Chef Angelo Aglianó, known for elevating Italian classics with modern precision and elegance, brings his deep understanding of tradition to the collaboration. Chef Giuseppe Lannotti, internationally recognised for his avant-garde approach and intellectual storytelling, is celebrated for challenging conventions while remaining grounded in Italian culinary identity.

Set against panoramic views of Victoria Harbour, this four-hands dining experience presents a rare opportunity to savour two Michelin-starred philosophies on one table, united by artistry, passion and the spirit of the Mediterranean.

The four-hands promotion menus will be available for both lunch and dinner on 21 and 22 May 2026. The 4-course set lunch menu is priced at HK$1,388 per person, while the 5-course set lunch menu is priced at HK$1,788 per person. The 8-course set dinner menu is priced at HK$2,888 per person. Optional wine pairing is available for an additional charge.
