Marco Polo Hotels Group has appointed Mr. Stephen Antram as General Manager of Marco Polo Shenzhen. As a hotel veteran, with more than 39 years’ experience in the industry, Stephen will take over from Acting General Manager Patrick Park. Stephen possesses a long track record across Europe and Asia with international luxury hotel companies such as InterContinental and Sofitel and joins us from his previous posting as General Manager of Intercontinental Beijing Beichen. Stephen started his career in F&B, but gained his operational experience throughout all divisions. Due to his strong financial background, he is a results driven leader, with a sharp analytical mind. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys sports, such as tennis, swimming and is interested in travel and its various cultures. His ability to implement creative and strategic plans to improve guest experiences and revenues across all facets of the hotel has been the key to his success.
