November is “Movember”

The month of November is “Movember”, a men’s health awareness initiative to take on men’s health issues, particularly mental health, suicide, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

Vista is supporting Movember with a special health package promo for guys, including a general health checkup and prostate screening.

Our counselor Adam Rose is also providing free sessions on Fridays for guys who want to try out the benefits of counseling for the first time. Contact our reception for more details.
