Shenzhen Metro Station Closure Notice at Civic Center (Jan 17-Feb 5)

The Shenzhen Metro announced today that due to large-scale activities at the civic center, the subway station will implement the following passenger flow control measures.

  1. From January 17th to 20th, and January 28th to February 5th, entrance and exit E of the Civic Center Station will be closed. The C and D entrances and exits will be closed from January 10th until February 5th.
  2. On January 19th, from 18:00 – 23:00 hours, and February 4th 18:00 – the next day at 0:30, all entrances and exits are closed at the Civic Center Station, except for entrance and exit A. The machines at the closed entrances will also be suspended.
  3. During this closure periods, the nearby Futian Station and the Children’s Palace Station will take passenger flow control measures at any time depending on the on-site passenger flow.

Citizens and passengers are advised to make travel arrangements in advance, follow the instructions of the staff, and ride in an orderly manner.
