The event kicked off with a DJI tech-themed study tour. Contestants explored smart aircraft and AI devices up close and witnessed a thrilling RoboMaster robotics show. This immersive experience challenged youth to view innovation through a bilingual lens, turning vocabulary into a passport to explore the world.

At the pre-competition training camp, instructor Kin Roy discarded rote memorization, blending language acquisition with critical thinking. Chief Judge and Foreign Principal of Primary at The King's School Shenzhen, Sian Evans, emphasized that words are vessels of culture, advocating for an English-thinking framework through contextual logic, enlightening all contestants.

Cultural Exchange & Grand Opening

The welcome dinner, hosted by cross-cultural scholar Ryan, broke the ice among Chinese and foreign contestants with a relaxed, humorous vibe, forging deep friendships.

At the opening ceremony, former Max Planck Institute Communications Director Linus Naumann encouraged youth to embrace diversity; former Gold Award winner Zhang Yunchang shared his journey of growth and grit, igniting passion across the venue.

Climactic Showdown & Grand Finale

On August 5, the ultimate showdown began. The morning's team competition broke national and grade barriers, with young competitors showcasing seamless collaboration and bilingual brilliance over three intense rounds. In the afternoon's individual grand finals, elites from all divisions competed with composure and solid foundations to crown the champions. Every trophy was a testament to relentless effort and accumulated growth.
