As a hotel management expert with extensive international experience, Mr. Croitoru’s career has spanned major hotel markets across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. With eight years of in-depth experience in the Chinese hotel industry, he has not only gained profound local market insights but also demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational management capabilities in several internationally renowned hotel brands.

Prior to his new appointment, Mr. Croitoru served as the Food and Beverage Director at the InterContinental Bucharest Athénée Palace, where he successfully led brand rejuvenation and revenue optimization projects for multiple dining venues. His distinguished career in the Chinese hospitality market is marked by significant contributions at renowned properties such as W Guangzhou, The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan, and InterContinental Shanghai Puxi. In these roles, he demonstrated exceptional expertise in hotel pre-opening operations and day-to-day management, consistently delivering outstanding results and elevating guest experiences.
