We are delighted to announce the first UrCove opening this year – UrCove Shenzhen Futian CBD, which debuts April 27th as the third UrCove in Shenzhen. It joins a growing list of UrCove hotels that have penetrated into different cities across Mainland China, including Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Xi’an, Shigatse, Weifang, Hangzhou and Chengdu, since the first UrCove brand hotel opened in Q4 2020. The brand new hotel is located in the Media Finance Center (MFC) in Shenzhen Futian Central Business District, close to the Shenzhen Municipal Government, Civic Center and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The 212 elegant guestrooms feature automated smart voice customer service system, smart toilet seats, motorized blinds, comfortable bedding, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and coffee capsules proudly provided by Peet’s.
