artisanal pizza, built on a slow-fermented crust from a multi-year starter. Our menu is carefully crafted
to highlight the diverse tastes of California cuisine and create a complete sensory experience.
Our intimate, intentionally understated "Artisans" space in Houhai and our smaller "Soca Pizza"
neighborhood location in Shekou are designed for quality, not volume—hidden gems for those who seek
out a meaningful culinary experience.
