Founded in 1904 by Gotthard Sauer in Frankfurt near Fischbach, Bakery Thomas has been a family tradition for over a century. Our cherished recipes have been lovingly passed down through generations, and today, the fifth generation continues to bake daily bread with passion and success.

At Bakery Thomas, we are committed to time-honored methods. We use only natural yeast for our wheat bread and prioritize long fermentation to enhance flavor and texture. To ensure our renowned everyday quality, we select only the finest raw materials. Every loaf is still crafted by hand, staying true to our artisanal roots.

Since May 2012, we’ve proudly brought our tradition to Shenzhen. Our products are available exclusively in select stores throughout the city.

Bakery Thomas specializes in freshly handmade German sourdough rye bread, a variety of pretzel bread, traditional German cakes and desserts, birthday cakes, as well as freshly prepared home-made German sandwiches and coffee beverages. Our bread are crafted by German baking master following traditional German recipes and techniques, ensuring an authentic and delicious experience.

With a cozy environment and warm friendly service, our bakery is the perfect spot for catching up with friends or hosting business meetings.

Our bread can be ordered through our WeChat Online Shop and deliver to whole China via SF Express, all in vacuum-sealed packaging.
