CanCham PRD: Connecting Canada and South China

The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in the Pearl River Delta (CanCham PRD) is one of the most active Canadian business platforms in Southern China, dedicated to fostering long-term economic, trade, and community connections between Canada and China, particularly across the Pearl River Delta, South China, and emerging regional hubs.

Founded in 2016, CanCham PRD works closely with the Consulate General of Canada in Guangzhou, as well as government stakeholders, international chambers, industry partners, and academic institutions. The Chamber serves as both a connector and an enabler, supporting member companies through trusted government–business engagement, high-quality programming, business introductions, and sustained brand visibility.

What CanCham PRD Does

CanCham PRD provides members with more than event access—it offers a long-term platform for connection, collaboration, and growth, with a focus on:

• High-quality programming, from flagship conferences to closed-door roundtables and professional workshops
• Business introductions and cross-chamber partnerships across South China, Hong Kong, and beyond
• Ongoing member visibility and promotion through Chamber and partner platforms

• Community-building initiatives that bring together Canadians, alumni, and partners through social, cultural, and professional gatherings
