The founder and head of design at New Norm Studio, is driven by a deep curiosity about people, cultures, and design. With a Swiss background in industrial design and a passion for intercultural education, he brings multidisciplinary expertise to his work. Nikola’s career highlights include contributions to Fortune 500 companies, 10 design patents, 9 award-winning projects, and multiple globally successful products.

Johannes Jaeger

Holistic Approach to Architecture

Sharing the design leadership, an award winning architect Johannes Jaeger has directed a vast array of office, commercial, masterplanning and residential projects that have helped define the practice’s commitment for sophisticated built environments. His career spans more than twenty years of experience in domestic and Architectural Assistantational large-scale, complex works with critical construction requisites. From cultural projects to tall buildings, the unique combination of his technical insight, clear design focus and keen eye for detail refinement serves as a cohesive force that fosters an integrated approach.Hailing from a family with four generations of architects, Johannes Jaeger began his architectural career in 1998 at the office of Prof.Gottfried Boehm in Cologne, Germany, as an assistant to the first German Pritzker laureate. Prior to establishing JKP Architects, he was a Chief Designer and Partner in A. Epstein & Sons Architectural Assistantational(China) and has extensive experience working alongside his father Manfred Jaeger in urban design projects in Germany and China.

Creation and Design

Born in Shenzhen, graduated from ESAG Penninghen in Paris with bachelor’s and master’s in graphic and interior design.

Also holds dual master’s from IESA Higher Institute of Arts and Cultural Management.

Founder of personal brand “MY ILLUSTRATION” and organizer of “Witch’s Feast” art festival.

Invited to participate in numerous domestic and international art exhibitions, collaborated with well-known brands.

Primary medium is hand-drawing using ink, colored ink, and acrylic - refers to this as “new ink expression”, exploring possibilities of ink-based art.Dedicated to researching and combining Eastern and Western cultural elements to develop distinctive artistic style in fashion and design.

Darko Nikolic

Opportunities for 3d Printing in Sustainable Design and Product Customization

Darko is an award-winning Industrial Designer from Serbia with over 15 years of professional experience gained in Europe and China. After working in high-tech industry in China he founded Tride Design Studio in Shenzhen in 2021 with focus on tech, sustainability and innovation.
