New Standards of Work Permit for Foreigners

The calculation standard based on average monthly salary for foreigner to get a work permit will be adjusted to 8262RMB from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 in Shenzhen. Every city will adjust average monthly salary in July every year.In accordance with the regulation of “Notice of State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Public Security on the full implementation of the work permit institution for foreigners coming to China”, foreigner must meet the classification criteria when applying work permit in China. 1.Salary Standard for Category A

Foreign talents whose average monthly salary is 6 times or higher than the local average monthly salary of the previous year.Foreigner’s average monthly salary is 49,572RMB or above can be classified to Category A in Shenzhen.There are some convenience measures for foreigners of Category A to apply work permit.Contact us for details.

2.Salary Standard for Category B

Skilled talents with qualification certificates and with monthly salary is 4 times or higher than the local average monthly salary of the previous year.Average monthly salary is 33,040RMB or above can be classified to Category B in Shenzhen.Can ignore this standard if you have a bachelor degree and more than two years’ relevant work experience.Contact us for working visa solutions without a bachelor degree.
