Shenzhen Spring Festival Flower Fair will be held between Jan. 18 and Jan. 24 at the pedestrian street outside One Palace, the largest commercial facility in Futian District, the Shenzhen Special Zone Daily reported.
The open hours for the fair are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. for the first six days and will be extended to 12 a.m. on Jan. 24, which is the Chinese Lunar New Year’s Eve.

Products being presented and sold at the fair include decorative plants for the Spring Festival, such as flowers, tangerine trees and potted plants, and intangible cultural products and other specialties provided for the Spring Festival.
About 350 booths have been set up, including 13 special booths. The fair will also invite students majoring in flower arrangement to give performances at the site, said the report.
A key shopping festival instituted by Futian District, the fair sits in Futian’s central business district near big shopping malls.
Citizens can take Metro lines 1 and 2 to reach the fair, and more than 10 bus stations are near the fair.
There will be a total of eight entrances, with the main one at the intersection of Fuhua Road and Haitian Road.
Other entrances are at the intersection of Shennan Road and Haitian Road, the two sides of Fuhua No.1 Road and the two sides of Gangxia No.2 Road as well as the entrances on One Avenue.
Medical personnel and more than 100 volunteers will be offering help at the fair.
Different entertainment programs will also be held during the fair. Additionally, rare flowers will be displayed in exquisite plant exhibitions.
