China no longer marks cities with COVID infections in travel tracking system to balance epidemic control & socioeconomic dev, facilitate traveling starting from Wed: Ministry of Industry & Information Technology. In practice, those from marked cities usually face restrictions while traveling.
I think it is reasonable, as we all know those medium and high risk areas are locked down, no one has chance to enter these places or leave these places.
