MOVIE-GOERS can watch eight British films at CGV Cinema in Futian and 10 Dutch films at two Broadway cinemas in Nanshan. By showcasing a diverse range of films, including dramas, animations, and documentaries, the events will not only entertain moviegoers but also offer a window into the cultural and artistic perspectives of these two countries.

At the Britain film event, people can watch celebrated films that address current social concerns, such as Ken Loach’s “Sorry We Missed You,” and enjoy distinct flavor of British dry humor and brilliant performances by such stars as Benedict Cumberbatch, David Tennant and Rosamund Pike. At the Dutch film event, audience members can also appreciate acclaimed works that tackle social issues, with bold visual style and a strong humanistic perspective.
