Today's news cycle brought with it some pomp and circumstance about the new Bay Area International Exchange Service Center (BA Center) located in Bao'an - not a lot of meat on the bone there but it's worth noting. Here's an interesting opinion piece from Shenzhen Daily's Debra Li arguing for the adjustment of Shenzhen's school holiday schedules to allow for more reasonable vacationing options - including a bit highlighting camels going on strike during the summer break that just came to an end last Saturday. Finally, an interesting case on personal bankrupcy - first of it's kind - concluded here in Shenzhen.
