Dear Shenzhen-er,
Opted to keep it light-hearted this week. There's already plenty to keep your cortisol levels spiked in national and international news revolving around the mad conflicts consuming several of our global neighbors to the north and the west. Happy Valley is hosting some Halloween activities through the end of November to celebrate the holiday. Daytime is more family friendly whilst the evening offers some scares for the adults. Here's a list of upcoming theatrical performances if you'd like to add some culture to your diet this month! Lastly, here's a piece sure to get your eyes rolling concering a certain unnamed employee of Tsingtao and the urine content of their beer.
This past week felt a little luke-warm events-wize, perhaps we're collectively storing up for the Halloween fun that's beginning this weekend? We'll be producing a Halloween themed weekend-er this week - look for that on Thursday afternoon as usual! This weeks weather is looking great so if you've got the time to get out - to any of Shenzhen's parks for a walk, mountains for a hike, or other natural outdoor spaces - now is certainly a good time for that!
